For residential customers the pricing is simple. Just tell us which rooms you'd like to have cleaned and we can give you a pretty close estimate right over the phone. There are not size limits. So the price of a very tiny hall and a large family room is the same.
Sometimes we clean empty houses either before families move in, or just after they've moved out. Please ensure that the electricity and hot water are turned on.
We prefer that the decision maker is home when we clean the carpet so that they can see the work that is being done and point out any areas that need special attention. This will ensure the greatest satisfaction.
